The wind power insulation aluminum tubular busbar system is mainly applied to in the tower tubes of 2,0MW doubly-fed induction generator and below and 3,0MW direct drive wind turbines and below; and it plays the function of current-carrying, with the rated voltage of 690V, isolation voltage of 1000V and power frequency withstand voltage of 5000V/1min.

 

Product Features

 

l  The wind power insulation aluminum tubular busbar system adopts the high conductivity aluminum alloy tubular. The skin effect coefficient of it is small, and the current of it is distributed uniformly. And it possesses the relatively high carrying capacity and good heat dissipation.

 

l  Aluminum conductor is made of non-permeability and magnetic material; consequently, it can effectively guard against the occurrence of eddy current effect and avoid the nearby steel being heated.

 

l  The outer metal protective shield net is covered with the hot galvanizing so as to effectively avoid the occurrence of the electromagnetic interference of the busbar.

 

l  Busbar conductor is made of the high conductivity aluminum product, of which the cost can be reduced 20~30% comparing with that of the copper cable (under the same current-carrying).

 

l  The wind power insulation aluminum tubular busbar system is characterized with the good thermal stability, reliable insulating property and strong over-voltage resistance ability.

 

l  The flexible coupling is adopted among the busbar groups, which can not only eliminate the influence caused by the vibration of tower tubes on busbar but also regulate the size changes of the busbar groups caused by the heat-expansion and cold-contraction.

 

l  The product is maintenance-free for 30 years.
